Englewood Indivisible's next monthly meeting will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 15th. We'll meet at the Elsie Quirk Library, 100 West Dearborn Street, Englewood 34223.
We have been developing a political survey that we can use in our conversations with voters at their homes or at our tables as we head into the 2020 elections. We've test-driven the survey three times at our tables at the Farmers Market and the Englewood East Library and found voters really enjoyed answering the questions and the conversations they sparked. We've tweaked the survey a bit after each test and plan to
spend some time on it at our June 15th meeting.
In the meantime, you can help develop our skill with the survey by test-driving it a few times, with your friends, family, and yourself. You can download and print the document, which is at the bottom of this post.
The community is welcome at our meeting.
As always, we'll have our t-shirts and business cards available. We'll have our Indivisible Florida t-shirts for sale. Please bring your own business cards, as we like to patronize members' businesses.
Please also bring your filled out petitions to put expansion of Medicaid to more than half a million uninsured Floridians on the 2020 ballot. Read more about the campaign to expand Medicaid here. If you have collected petitions to put banning assault weapons on the ballot, please bring them to the meeting as well, and we will turn them in for you.
